il Pastaio started in 1986 from a small pasta shop in Sydney’s Italian heartland Leichhardt, over a quarter of a century later has developed into one of Australia’s finest independent & family operated pasta companies. We take great pride in our responsibility to deliver some of Australia’s finest commercially available pasta products.
We source the finest quality produce, ensuring a great tasting experience.
We commercially make all our products in Sydney, Australia and control all aspects of our product manufacturing.
